Angelo Mangiarotti for La Sorgente dei Mobili, dining table, mahogany, Italy, 1972. An extendable mahogany center or dining table by Angelo Mangiarotti, manufactured by La Sorgente Dei Mobili. The pedestal base consists of a round foot, connected to slats that create an open structures. This results a beautiful contrast with the solid and heavy table top.  The round table top is extendable and contains a folding leaf hidden below the table top. Extended the table is oval shaped.
