Old fragment of a theater decor in in the shape of a large head or mask made up of hundreds of small faces. Built with the 'cartapesta' technique and reinforced with resin, the cartapesta technique is an ancient Italian technique used to make Venetian masks. Can be hung on the wall or stand alone with the custom-made pedestal.

Large metal abstract construction by the Belgian artist Paul Van Gyseghem (1935). Around 1968. Van Gyseghem is an important sculptor with works in the collection at the SMAK museum in Ghent. The human figure and mythological themes are particularly inspiring in Van Gyseghem’s sculpture. The ascending-descending, ascending-radiating oppositions, hardness-tenderness, daydreams-tragedies took shape in movements of opposite threads and perpendicular constructions in the construction of his sculptures and in particular the one presented by @igmarstuer and @pschantiques
